COVAR (Council of Villas Associations and Regimes) will hold an informational Zoom meeting on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 9:00-11:00 am. The topic of the meeting will be: “Gain insights into the inner workings of your regime or association.”  The meeting will be held via ZOOM and is open to all owners in the 41 regimes and associations. You can request the ZOOM information by contacting your HOA president and/or property manager.

Some of the agenda items for discussion will be Bylaws & Covenants; Capital Projects & Reserves; Budgets; Standards; Storm Recovery; Routine Maintenance; and Parking.
